First, look. Then call.
From the ground and inside the house: note the date, photograph dented gutters, vents and screens, and any new stains on the ceiling. Don’t get on the roof. Then call us.
What we do for a claim
A roofer inspects and photographs the roof. You get written findings and a line-item estimate. When the adjuster comes, we meet them on your roof and walk them through what we found. If they want more documentation, we provide it. You don’t have to translate between a roofer and an insurance company; that’s our job.
Your insurer decides what’s covered and what your deductible is. We make sure they have everything they need to decide it fairly.
Active leak after the storm? Start with roof repair.
