Privacy Policy

Greenlee Construction Incorporated, doing business as Greenlee Roofing, is a family-owned roofing contractor in Bend, Oregon, licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board as CCB #224186. In this policy, “we” and “Greenlee Roofing” mean that company. We decide how the information described here is used to respond to inquiries, provide roofing services and operate this website.

What you give us. When you request an inspection, we ask for your name, phone number, ZIP code, and which service you need. Email is optional. On the contact page you can also add your address, roof age, a description of the problem, how you heard about us, and any discount you would like to ask about. We also keep what you tell us by phone, text, or email.

What your browser sends. Pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, the site that referred you, and the ad or link that brought you here (click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid and campaign tags). With your permission, we keep those ad-attribution values in your browser’s local storage for up to 90 days so that if you request an inspection later we can credit the right ad.

A record of your consent. When you submit the form we record the date and time, the page you were on, and the version of the consent statement shown next to the button.

We do not ask for, and please do not send, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health information through this website.

• To reply to you, schedule the inspection, and do the work.
• To keep customer and warranty records (our workmanship warranty runs ten years).
• To see which pages and ads bring people to us and improve the site.
• To stop spam and abuse of the request form.
• To meet legal, tax, and licensing obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never hand it to other roofers or lead brokers. These companies process it on our behalf so the site and our office can work:

• Resend delivers your inspection request to our office by email and is our planned provider for opted-in marketing emails.
• JobNimbus is our customer-records system. When it is connected, your request is added there.
• Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, and Google Ads) measures site use and advertising. For ad measurement we may send Google a hashed, one-way scrambled version of the email address and phone number you submit, with advertising permission, so a request can be matched to an ad click. Hashing does not make this information anonymous: Google can match it against information it already holds.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), when we advertise there, receives pixel data for measurement and ads.
• Our lead-intake service stores your request and retries delivery if email is briefly down.
• Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses.
• Google Maps loads only if you click to open the map on the contact, service-areas, or town pages.
• Service Finance only if you apply for financing on their site, under their own privacy policy.

Quo provides our phone service and stores call recordings. CompanyCam helps us document roofing inspections and work with photos. If you ask to be contacted about solar, we share the contact information needed for an introduction to National Solar.

We will also share information when the law requires it, to respond to a subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our customers, or our crew.

Some privacy laws call the use of advertising cookies and pixels “targeted advertising” or “sharing,” because Google and Meta use that data to show you ads on other sites and to measure whether ours worked. That is the only kind of sharing we do, and you can choose whether to allow it on our Your privacy choices page. We also treat the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out of targeted advertising. Opting out does not affect our reply to your inspection request.

• Google Analytics cookies (for example _ga) tell us which pages get used.
• Google Ads cookies (for example _gcl_au) connect an ad click to an inspection request.
• Meta cookies (for example _fbp), when we run ads there.
• Our own browser storage: gr_attribution_v2 (first and latest sources, up to 90 days with your permission), gr_visit_v2 (the current visit), and gr_consent_v1 (remembers your privacy choices for up to 180 days).

Analytics and advertising tags stay off until you allow them. You can change your choices at any time on our privacy choices page, or block and clear cookies in your browser. You can also manage ad personalization at Google’s ad settings and Meta’s ad preferences.

Contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop marketing. Some records may need to be kept for a current project, warranty, or legal obligation. We’ll explain any limits that apply.

Email hello@greenleeroofing.com with “Privacy request” in the subject, or call us. We may need to verify your identity before sharing or changing records. Where applicable privacy law provides additional rights or response deadlines, we will follow those requirements. You can learn about Oregon privacy rights through the Oregon Department of Justice.

Our website inspection forms offer a separate, optional signup for roofing tips, company updates, and special offers by email. The box is unchecked by default. We record your choice with your request, including the signup wording, page, and date and time received. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from requesting an inspection or receiving replies about your request.

Email signup is separate from your analytics and advertising-cookie choices. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. Leaving the signup box unchecked on a later inquiry does not unsubscribe an existing subscription; use the unsubscribe option or contact us at hello@greenleeroofing.com to stop marketing emails.

When you submit the inspection form you agree that we may call, text, or email you about your roof, including with automated technology. That agreement is not a condition of buying anything from us. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP or tell us any other reasonable way; to stop calls, tell the person who calls or email us. We do not send marketing text blasts without separate consent.

Calls to Greenlee Roofing are recorded through Quo. If you prefer to contact us without a recorded call, use our website form or email hello@greenleeroofing.com.

How long we keep information depends on what it is used for. Inquiry and customer records support follow-up, active projects, warranty service, accounting and legal requirements. Call recordings and service-provider logs are subject to the settings and retention practices of those systems. Contact us with a question about a particular record or a request for deletion.

On this website, consented attribution values expire after up to 90 days, and your browser privacy choices are remembered for up to 180 days. Analytics records follow our Google Analytics account settings.

The site uses HTTPS, the request form is checked for spam before anything is sent, and access to customer records is limited to the people in our office who need it. No method is perfect, so please do not send sensitive financial or medical information through the website.

We link to other companies (our financing partner, manufacturers, Bend Magazine, permit offices). Their privacy practices are their own; this policy covers only this website.

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

When our practices change, we will update this page and the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted here for 30 days.
