Terms of Service

This site provides general information about our roofing services. Nothing on these pages is a bid, estimate commitment, or contract for work. Actual roofing work is governed by a separate written contract and Oregon Construction Contractors Board (CCB) requirements. Our license is CCB #224186.

We do not publish prices on this site. Any number you get from us comes from a written proposal after a roofer has looked at your roof, and that proposal, not this website, is what you can rely on.

Use the request form for real inspection requests. Do not submit false information, scrape the site, or try to interfere with how it works. We may block traffic that abuses the form.

Text, photos, and the Greenlee Roofing logo on this site belong to us and may not be reused without our permission. Customer reviews belong to their authors.

We link to third-party sites (our financing partner, manufacturer pages, permit offices, and Bend Magazine) for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent Oregon law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using or relying on the website. This does not limit the workmanship warranty in a signed roofing contract.

These terms are governed by Oregon law. Any dispute about the website will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Deschutes County, Oregon.

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement about your use of the website.
