Once you know exactly what the roof will cost, line by line, tell us you want to look at financing. We handle the Service Finance application with you personally, so you’re talking to someone who knows your job, not a call center.

Service Finance sets approval, rate, payment and terms. Read the agreement and the total cost before you sign; we’ll go through it with you.

Financing covers roofing work. If you’re adding solar with National Solar, that’s a separate conversation and a separate loan.

How do I apply for roof financing?

What affects the price of a roof replacement?

Size, pitch, layout, material, what has to come off, what’s underneath, and how we get to the roof. You get a line-item proposal after the free inspection. If tear-off uncovers rot we couldn’t see, we stop and call you with the cost before going further.

Is the roof inspection free?

Yes, free, with no obligation. A roofer, not a salesperson, walks your roof and you get a written assessment and proposal, usually the next business day. If you need the report for a sale or a claim, say so and we’ll write it that way.
