No. Some companies set a minimum; we don’t. The proposal is for what your roof needs. We repair shingles, metal panels, flashing, skylights, chimney transitions and decking. We don’t repair tile; it never held up here and suppliers stopped carrying it.

Taylor Metal, a Northwest manufacturer, made to order for your roof. Concealed-fastener systems, snap-lock and mechanically seamed, are what we recommend for houses. We also install exposed-fastener panels on barns and outbuildings; just know the gaskets on every screw need replacing ten or fifteen years in.

Most roofs carry a normal winter fine. Call when the snow turns wet and heavy, when ice is building at the eaves, or when you see water inside. Don’t get on the roof to check. If you hear cracking or see a ceiling sag, get everyone out and call us and a structural engineer.
