Cary Greenlee started it in 1993. Nicholas Greenlee runs it today. The way we treat people hasn’t changed.

Under one roof
Cary Greenlee started tacking shingles on the side in the 1970s to support his family. In 1993 he brought the family to Bend and founded Greenlee Roofing, and built its reputation one roof and one handshake at a time. Nicholas Greenlee owns and runs the company today, the second generation of Greenlees on Central Oregon roofs. Cary still walks roofs as an estimator.
Bend Home + Design told the story in its 2022 feature, “Under One Roof.”

Three things we’ve done the same way since 1993.
Roofers, not salespeople
Your inspection starts with an experienced roofer who can explain what needs attention and what can wait. You get the facts, in writing, even when the answer is “not yet.”
Small crews, on purpose
Our small crews stay familiar with your roof from start to finish. Production leadership checks the completed work before we call the job done.
The same care around the house as on it
Paver driveways get hand-loaded. Gardens under the eaves get a box built over them. The yard gets swept with magnets before we leave.
People first, from start to finish
Roofing is personal when it’s your home. We want you to know what we found, understand what we recommend, and know who to call while the work’s going on. And we want to greet you in the grocery store afterward with a genuine smile.
We serve Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, La Pine, Prineville, Madras, Powell Butte and Camp Sherman, and we support Habitat for Humanity and Ronald McDonald House Charities here in Central Oregon.
